To Join Troop 1699 you must fill in and return the following documents:

Boy Scout Application

Supplemental Troop Information Form

Adult Leader Form

For new scouts and Webelos who are crossing over please complete the applications that were passed out at the Troop meeting when you visited. Please see your Cubmaster if you need others. We need all the information on these forms to operate the troop and to complete registration with Detroit Area Council.

You only need to fill in the Adult Leader Form if you will be on the Scoutmaster staff or the Committee.

Note: National is reworking the forms. The forms that can be found on the internet are no longer acceptable.
