| Welcome to Troop 1699 of the Boy Scouts of America. Troop 1699 is a member of North Trails District, Detroit Area Council. We serve the youths of Franklin Community, Bingham Farms Elementary School Pack 1049, West Maple Elementary School Pack 1214, Berkshire Junior High School, Birmingham Covington School, Birmingham Groves High School, Birmingham Seaholm High School and Brother Rice High School. It is our mission to help boys become self-reliant men who live by the Scout Law. Our goal is to help instill character, citizenship, and physical, mental, emotional and moral fitness. We achieve these goals by using the Scouting methods. | |
