Methods of Scouting Ideals; Leadership
development; Patrols; Outdoors; Advancement;. Adult
association, Uniform and Personal growth;
The conference will discuss how
the scout established he meet the requirements for advancement.

To be “active” means exhibit
enough participation in the troop program (troop outdoor activity , troop
meetings and fund raisers) to support the "patrol method".
