Troop 1699 has 3 crews going to Philmont in 2007!

Here are the important dates:

• Initial non-refundable deposit of $50 is due by 1/31/2006 to Mr. Heuser.
• Second payment of $245 is due by 10/01/2006 to Mr. Heuser.
• Third payment of $245 is due by 3/1/2007 to Mr. Heuser.

The Total cost of the Trek: $540 per participant.

This includes food, and some gear, such as a tent, but excludes airfare, ground transportation, hotel rooms (we may be in rooms for one day on each end of the trip), and most personal gear. Airfare, ground transportation (probably into and out of Denver) and hotel rooms are additional costs TBD.

The Trek begins on July 5, 2007 and end July 17, 2007.  An additional day or two will be needed for travel.

Heath forms for Philmont will be available in November, 2006.

Adults: Please complete the BSA Youth Protection Course On-line prior to camp.
