TROOP MEETING

PREOPENING. 7:10- 7:30 P.M.

1. Scoutmaster conference and Board of Review.

2. The service patrol set up the flags and bulletin board.

3. SPL finalize meeting agenda and who makes announcements

4. Patrol meeting which will include the outing preparation. (patrol duty roster, permission slips and menu planning )

OPENING CEREMONY. 7:35- 7:55 P.M.

1. The service patrol responsible for bringing the flags forward

2. Bugler/Musician Call to Colors

3. SPL lead the oath, law, pledge.

4. PL's uniforms check

5. Scribe conduct the attendance.

TROOP ACTIVITY. 8:00-8:45 P.M.

1. Troop Guide and Instructors work on First Class instruction with any scout who has not achieve the rank of First Class.

2. Scouts would meet with their Merit Badge counselor for either exercise.

3. A troop demonstration that would be related to the month's program feature.

CLOSING. 8:50- 8:55 P.M.

1. SM Minute.

2. SPL lead the Scout Benediction.

CLEAN-UP 9:00 - 9:10. P.M.

1. The service patrol clean up to the satisfaction of the SPL.

2. SPL and ASPL would meet to discuss what went right or wrong at the meeting.
